Problem

The engine breather canisters fitted to some 312B Excavators have a loose plastic foam insert which deteriorates and causes damage to the engine. Some canisters have had the insert removed to reduce the chance of damage. All of these canisters must be replaced with a canister (1654021) which has a fixed, metallic insert.
