- Disconnect rear wheel speed sensor connector (J).
- Cut two cable straps (C) near connector (J) as shown in Illustration 3.

(F) Nut - Remove two piece clips (D), grommets (E), and nuts (F) up to first harness breakout and save the parts. Refer to Illustration 3 and Illustration 5.
- Repeat Step 1 through Step 3 for the other side of sensor harness assembly (B).

(D1)225 mm (8.9 inch) - Remove connector (J) from sensor harness assembly (B).
- Attach liner (3) to both the ends of hose (4) as shown in Illustration 6.
- Slide hose (3) over the end of sensor harness assembly (B) as shown in Illustration 6.
- Slide
50 mm (2.0 inch) of heat shrink tube (2) over each end of liner (3) as shown in Illustration 6. - Heat heat shrink tube (2) to secure it in the location as shown Illustration 6.
- Reassemble connector (J) to sensor harness assembly (B) as shown in Illustration 6.
- Repeat Step 5 through Step 10 for the other side of sensor harness assembly (B).
