Center Console
(1) Water spray timer

Water spray timer (1) is located in the center console. The timer controls the volume of water sprayed by the water pump. The volume is regulated by time intervals of water pump ON and OFF periods.

Water spray timer (1) cycles the water pump ON and OFF in continuous cycles. Each timing cycle consists of 15 seconds ON and 15 seconds OFF.

(4) Front drain valve
(5) Rear drain valve

The water pump and motor group (2) is located under the operator platform on the left side of the machine.

The water pump and motor group (2) contains an electric motor that operates a diaphragm pump. The pump is positive displacement.

Water pump (2) draws water from the tank through water filter (3) to remove contaminants that could damage the water pump. The filter contains a cleanable and replaceable stainless steel filter element.

A front and rear drain valve (4) and (5) can be used to drain water from the front and rear spray system.

(9) Front spray bar
(10) Water spray nozzles
(11) End caps

Front spray bar (9) is at the front of the machine over the front drum. The rear spray bar (not shown) is located similarly at the rear of the machine over the rear drum.

Front spray bar (9) and rear spray bar are pressurized simultaneously by the water pump. Water is routed through each spray bar to water spray nozzles (10). Each spray bar is equipped with four spray nozzles.

End caps (11) at each end of the spray bar can be removed to drain water from the spray bar.
