Fire Suppression System - Service
Sistem pemadam kebakaran yang dipasang di pabrik memerlukan pemeriksaan dan servis berkala. Aktivitas ini harus dilakukan oleh distributor pemadam kebakaran resmi. Hubungi distributor pemadam kebakaran resmi untuk servis yang direkomendasikan.
Saat melakukan perawatan atau servis, sistem pemadam kebakaran harus diisolasi.
Catatan: Hanya personel resmi yang boleh melakukan inspeksi visual pada sistem pemadam kebakaran.
- Isolasikan sistem. Rujuk ke Buku Petunjuk pengoperasian Dan Perawatan, "Shutdown dan Isolasi Sistem Pemadam Kebakaran".
- Lakukan inspeksi visual seluruh sistem pemadam kebakaran apakah terdapat kerusakan atau serpihan yang mencakup:
- Tangki agen
- Silinder gas
- Komponen dan detektor elektronik sistem pemadam kebakaran
- Kabel sensor panas dan saluran agen sistem pemadam kebakaran terhadap kerusakan atau abrasi
- Nozzle dan tutup nozzle terhadap kerusakan atau endapan serpihan
Segera perbaiki atau ganti komponen yang rusak.
Hubungi agen pemadam kebakaran resmi untuk pemeriksaan, bila diperlukan.
