Improved Cat® Product Link Web, and Product Link Back-Office software is now available for all Caterpillar machines.

2017 Endurance.3 Improvements (October 14, 2017)

The improved 2017E.3 release contains the improvements that are listed below:

  • Improved the Dealer Service Portal (DSP) link with VisionLink to prevent further "Internal Server Errors" when attempting to updatie assets with a VisionLink subscription.

  • Updated to record actual engine operation on the "Product Link Web Operation History" page.

  • Improved the back-office data sources for Product Link (PL) web to ensure that the correct asset hours are shown consistently throughout the PL web application.

  • Improved the Caterpillar Production Measurement (CPM) back-office logic to ensure that all Payload segments are associated to the correct cycle, regardless of report time.

  • Improved back-office connections between Caterpillar and VisionLink to ensure that all DSP subscriptions are accurately reflected in the UI, and that all subscribed assets are available in VisionLink.
