Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

1. Install O-ring seal (19) onto plug (15).

2. Install spool (16), guide (17), and spring (18).

3. Install plug (15). Tighten plug (15) to a torque of 170 ± 15 N·m (125 ± 11 lb ft).

4. Install check valve (13) and spring (14).

5. Install back up ring (12) and O-ring seal (11).

6. Install cover (10) and bolts (9). Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft).

7. Install rings (7) and (5).

8. Install O-ring seals (8), (6), (4), and (3).

9. Install relief valve (2). Tighten relief valve (2) to a torque of 95 ± 14 N·m (70 ± 10 lb ft).

10. Install O-ring seals (1).
