使用以下步骤安装 3 段式排气歧管到缸体。
- 安装面应干净而干燥。 另外，安装面不应有任何异物。
- 将 2P-2333 高温密封胶 涂抹到排气歧管公接口的外径上。 不要在公接口涂抹密封胶。 去除组装好的接头上的多余的密封胶。
- 将 5P-3931 抗咬合剂 涂抹到螺栓 (1) 到螺栓 (12) 的螺纹上。

三段式排气歧管 典型实例 | |
- 按照数字顺序拧紧螺栓 (1) 到 (12) 。
将螺栓再次拧紧至以下扭矩。 ... 4 ± 1 N·m (35 ± 9 lb in)
- 按照数字顺序拧紧螺栓 (1) 到 (12) 。
将螺栓再次拧紧至以下扭矩。 ... 45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)
- 锁紧锁片，并将锁片 (13) 弯曲到螺栓头平面上。
- 拧紧螺柱 (14) 至扭矩为 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft)。
注: 启动或运行发动机之前，使排气歧管接头处的密封胶在空气中干燥 24 小时。
