Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the front wheel drive manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Front Wheel Drive Manifold - Remove and Install".

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, clean all parts thoroughly in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Remove solenoid valve group (1), check valve (3), flow divider valve (4), relief valve (5), and control valve (6) from valve block (2).

   1. Remove the nut, coil (7), and cartridge (8) from valve block (2).

   2. Remove backup ring (11), O-ring seal (10), and O-ring seal (9) from cartridge (8).

   3. Remove backup ring (14), O-ring seal (13), and O-ring seal (12) from check valve (3).

   4. Remove backup ring (24), O-ring seal (23), backup ring (22), backup ring (21), O-ring seal (20), backup ring (19), backup ring (18), O-ring seal (17), backup ring (16), and O-ring seal (15) from flow divider valve (4).

   5. Remove backup ring (27), O-ring seal (26), and O-ring seal (25) from relief valve (5).
