Sliding Frame and Bearing - Remove
Start By:
- Remove the swing frame.
- Remove the swing cylinders.
- Attach a suitable lifting device to sliding frame (2). The weight of sliding frame (2) is approximately
204 kg (450 lb) . - Remove bolts (4) and bar (3). Repeat for the other side.
- Loosen bolts (1). Repeat for the other side. Remove sliding frame (2).

- Remove bolts (6) and cap (5). Remove O-ring seal (7) from cap (5).
- Remove piston (9) and lip seal (12).
- Remove wear rings (8) and (11) and piston seal (10) from piston (9).
- Remove the remaining pistons from sliding frame (2).
