SUBJECT: INCORRECT SPECIAL INSTRUCTION MAY BE PACKAGED

PROBLEM:

An incorrect special instruction may be packaged with the HEUI pump check valve repair kit for the above listed truck engines that describes the check valve rework procedure.

SOLUTION:

Special Instruction REHS2253 is the correct media number for the 254-4334 Check Valve Kit. This special instruction is available and can be downloaded from the SIS Web media database.
