SUBJECT: Notice to Users of CCMpc V1.4 for G3500 and G3600 Applications

PROBLEM:

Under the following conditions, users may experience difficulty running CCMpc V1.4 (JERC2162):

When the user?s PC has Windows 2000 operating system
When the user?s PC has Windows XP operating system

SOLUTION:

This problem is the result of an incomplete software installation. A Dynamic Link Library (DLL), needed for CCMpc, was not copied during time of installation.

CCMpc V1.5 will correct this problem. CCMpc V1.5 will be released in late 2002 or early 2003. Until the release of CCMpc V1.5, there is a solution that will allow CCMpc V1.4 to work with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. To obtain this solution, contact the PC Doctor.
