Problem:
The generator circuit breaker mounting bolts may not have been properly installed on generators with a right side mounted extension box.
Solution:
Check the generator circuit breaker mounting bolts on the above generator sets. The generator set circuit breaker mounting bolts should be tightened to a torque of 25 N·m (18.5 lb ft).
