主控制阀(部件)

主控制阀中有九个主要的工作部件。

安全阀

安全阀作为制动充压系统的辅助安全阀。 如果活塞泵的泵控制阀故障,此故障可导致充注系统中的压力过大,安全阀将操作,以保护蓄能器。

减压阀

减压阀减少制动系统中的压力,以便向推料器系统先导控制执行器提供先导油。

分流器阀

分流器阀控制从活塞泵(转向和推料器)到推料器系统和转向系统的油流。 此阀还作为优先阀向转向系统提供优先供油。

分流器阀

当制动系统中的油压降低时,分流器阀启用。 分流器阀指令活塞泵(制动器、推料器和风扇)将制动系统充注至预定压力。 此阀确定活塞泵的切入压力。

安全阀

当达到最大制动系统压力时,安全阀启用。 安全阀与分流器阀一起工作。 安全阀和分流器阀决定活塞泵的切断压力。

电磁阀

电磁阀控制先导信号压力。 先导压力决定活塞泵(制动器、推料器和风扇)的输出。 系统需求取决于发动机温度。 位于发动机上的温度传感器向 ECM 发送信号。 ECM 随后控制电磁阀,以确定来自活塞泵的油流。

分流器阀

分流器阀作为优先阀,通过推料器系统向制动系统提供优先供油。

电磁阀

电磁阀引导油压,以分离停车制动器。 电磁阀还释放油压,以接合停车制动器。 电磁阀接收来自驾驶室中停车制动器控制的信号。

分流器阀

分流器阀和来自电磁阀的信号压力一起工作,以允许可变流量,但保持系统中的油压恒定。
