Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.

1. Remove bolt (2), the washer, and the clamp.

2. Disconnect three hose assemblies (5) from gear pump (7).

3. Disconnect hose assembly (6) from gear pump (7). Remove the O-ring seal.

4. Remove two nuts (4), the two washers, the two bolts, the two washers, and bracket assembly (3).Reposition the hose assembly out of the way.

5. Remove two bolts (1), the two washers, gear pump (conveyor system charge) (7), and the gasket.

Installation Procedure

1. Install gear pump (conveyor system charge) (7) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Purge the conveyor charge system. Refer to Special Instruction , M0072814, "Procedure to Bleed the Conveyor Charge Pump on Certain AP1000F, AP1055F, AP600F, and AP655F Asphalt Pavers" for the correct procedure.

End By:

1. Install the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, and fuel cooler.
