"7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Description Code. |

Certain 20R-5604 (CRB) and 20R-7295 Air Compressors need to be removed from dealer pars stock. These compressors can cause excessive oil passing due to piston ring wear and/or cylinder scuffing. The 20R-7295 Air Compressors have been updated with new pistons and rings beginning with production on June 8, 2017. |
Inspect all 20R-5604 (CRB) and 20R-7295 Air Compressors in parts stock inventory. If any exist with a serial number prior to serial number YP-114000, remove the compressor from parts stock inventory. Reference Image 1 for an example of compressor serial tag. Reference Image 2 for an example picture of package label. Affected compressors would have a packaging date code prior to June 12, 2017 (D12M06Y17). |
Submit one claim for all parts removed from dealer parts stock. |
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
