| The existing aftercooler core and/or air bonnet joints can leak boost air on certain G3516H and G3520H Generator Sets. If the existing aftercooler core and/or air bonnet joints leak it can/will emit an air/fuel mixture into the atmosphere at the aftercooler air inlet and/or outlet bonnet joints. |

| Group 1 and 2 require replacement of aftercooler core and air bonnet gaskets including supporting hardware. Group 3 and 4 require replacement of aftercooler air bonnet gaskets including supporting hardware. Group 3 and 4 do not require replacement of the aftercooler core. Refer to Special Instruction, M0081048, "Installation of the 519-5587 Aftercooler Core As on Certain G3500H Series Engines". Use Disassembly and Assembly, UENR0110 for reference. |
