Start By:
- Release the system pressure.
Cylinders equipped with lock valves can remain pressurized for very long periods of time, even with the hoses removed. Failure to relieve pressure before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder can result in personal injury or death. Ensure all pressure is relieved before removing a lock valve or disassembling a cylinder. |

- Remove retaining ring (2) and disconnect tube assembly (1).

- Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder assembly (6). The bucket linkage will be removed with tilt cylinder assembly (6) as a unit. The weight of tilt cylinder assembly (6) and the bucket linkage is approximately

- Remove retaining ring (7), washers (8), and pin assembly (13). Note the number and the location of the shims for assembly purposes.
- Remove retaining ring (9), washers (11), and pin assembly (12). Note the number and the location of the shims for assembly purposes.
- Remove the tilt cylinder assembly (6).

- Remove bolts (22) and plate (23) repeat for the other side.
- Remove bucket links (17) and (18) from tilt cylinder (24). Repeat for the other side.

- Install tilt cylinder (24) in the reverse order of removal.
