Truck Does Not Leave when Loaded

Usage:

- AT6
System Operation Description:

The truck will not leave when loaded and instructed to leave. The VIMS main module is responsible for the completion of these actions.

Test Step 1. CHECK THE OPERATION OF VIMS REPORTS.

Check the operation of VIMS reports.

Results:

  • VIMS reports are properly functioning. - Proceed to Test Step2

  • The VIMS reports are not functioning properly. -

    Repair: Manually send truck. Restart VIMS.

    STOP

Test Step 2. VERIFY THE PORT SETTINGS ON THE AUTONOMY ETHERNET SWITCHES.

For the proper settings of the Autonomy Ethernet Switches refer to Special Instruction, REHS7346, "CAT Command for Hauling - 793F CMD Onboard Autonomy and Configuration Guide", "Autonomy Switches Configuration".

Results:

  • The proper settings are found on the Autonomy Ethernet Switches. The cause of the problem is unknown. Contact Caterpillar Technical Support for further assistance. - STOP

  • The improper settings are found on the Autonomy Switches. -

    Repair: Correct the settings on the Ethernet switches to the proper specifications. Refer to Special Instruction, REHS7346, "CAT Command for Hauling - 793F CMD Onboard Autonomy and Configuration Guide", "Autonomy Switches Configuration".

    STOP
