Usage:
1. Remove two clamps (1) from the joint assembly.
2. Push end (3) and collar (4) toward the valve as shown.
3. Remove five bolts (2), valve (5) and the gasket.
4. Remove collar (4) from the valve.
Install Selector Control Valve Group
1. Install collar (3) on the valve.
2. Install the gasket, valve (1) and the five bolts that hold the valve in place.
3. Pull collar (3) and end (2) in position as shown.
4. Install two clamps (4) on the joint assembly.
Disassemble Selector Control Valve Group
start by:
a) remove control valve group
1. Remove three bolts (2) and bottom cover (1).

Be careful when valves are removed from the valve body. A valve that has a scratch can cause bad operation of the control valve. |
2. Remove valve spool (7), spacers (6), two springs (5) and two O-ring seals (4) from the valve body.
3. Remove end (3) from the nipple.
4. Remove ring (9), retainer (8), the spring and the poppet from valve spool (7).
NOTE: As lever (12) is removed, be careful of the two balls and the spring in the lever.
5. Remove the cotter pin, pin (13) and lever (12).
6. Remove three bolts (11), cover (10) and the two O-ring seals.
7. Remove stop (18), valve (17) and spring (16).
8. Remove piston (19).
9. Remove valve spool (15) and bushing (14). Remove the two O-ring seals from the bushing.
Selector Control Valve Group
Assemble Selector Control Valve Group
1. Install two O-ring seals on bushing (3), one inside and one outside. Install the bushing on valve spool (2).
2. Install the bushing and the valve spool in the valve body (1) as a unit.
3. Install piston (4), spring (5), valve (6) and stop (7) in the valve body.
4. Install two O-ring seals (9) and cover (8) with three bolts.
5. Install poppet (11), spring (12), retainer (13) and the ring in valve spool (10).
6. Install end (14), two O-ring seals (15), two springs (16) and valve spool (10) in the valve body.
7. Install cover (17) with three bolts.
8. Install two balls (19) and spring (20) in lever (18).
9. Hold the spring and the balls in the lever. Install the lever on the valve with the pin and the cotter pin.
