    ------ WARNING! ------

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.

Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

    ----------------------

Note: Note that there is a correct connection of the piston rod and the swashplate and spring (38) is properly located under swashplate.

    ------ WARNING! ------

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.

To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

    ----------------------

Note: There is spring force against retaining ring (31). When retaining ring (31) is not seated properly, the spring force will be released. Installation of the internal components in barrel assembly (29) should be performed in a suitable press. This is done in order to retain spring (34) and retaining ring (31) .

  1. Install pins (32), guide (33) and spring (34) in barrel assembly (29) .

  1. Use a suitable press and Tooling (A) to compress the spring (34) in barrel assembly (29) .

  1. Install retaining ring (31) .

  1. Slowly release compression on spring (34). Make sure that the retaining ring (31) is seated properly.
