  • Place the system in test mode by removing "test mode" plug (1). Make sure that the parking brake is in the ON position.

Note: On CB-634D machines, remove the "model config" plug. The plug is located near the fuse box. In order to access the plug on some machines, the side console cover may need removed. The plug should then be repositioned for better serviceability in the future.

    1. Turn the key to the ON position. Do not start the engine.

    1. If there are any fault codes, do not proceed to the next step. A series of long flashes and short flashes of the light for the parking brake will indicate fault codes. Refer to Table 1 for the fault codes.

    1. Press button (3) .

    1. Move the propel control handle (4) to the full REVERSE position.

    1. Press button (3) .

    1. Move the propel control handle (4) to the NEUTRAL position.

    1. Press button (3) .

    1. The light for the parking brake switch will flash twice in order to confirm that the calibration was accepted.

Note: If calibration is not successful, a fault code will be displayed on the light for the parking brake switch. If the calibration is not successful, cycle the power with the key and attempt the calibration again.

Note: If a calibration fault cannot be remedied by repeating the calibration procedure, restore the default calibration values. All calibrations on all calibrated sensors will need to be repeated. Perform the following steps in order to reset the fault history, the timers, and the calibration values.
