1. Install O-ring seals (43) in valve body (44).

2. Install solenoid manifold (42) and bolts (41).

3. Install O-ring seals (38) and (40) on cartridge valve (33). Install backup rings (36) and (37) and O-ring seal (39).

4. Install O-ring seals (34) and O-ring seal (35) on cartridge assembly (23). Repeat for the remaining three cartridge valves.

5. Install cartridge assembly (33). Tighten cartridge assembly (33) the following torque 24 ± 3 N·m (212 ± 27 lb in). Install all four cartridge assemblies (32). Tighten cartridge assemblies (32) to the following torque 35 ± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb ft).

6. Install coil assembly (30) and nut (31). Tighten nut (31) the following torque 5.3 ± 1.5 N·m (47 ± 13 lb in). Install coil assembly (29) and nut (28). Tighten nut (28) to the following torque 20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 27 lb in). Repeat for the remaining three cartridge valves.

7. Install backup ring (26) and O-ring seal (27) on check valve (25).

8. Install check valve (25) and retaining ring (24).

9. Install O-ring seal (23) on cartridge valve (20). Install O-ring seal (22) and backup ring (22) on cartridge assembly (20).

10. Install relief valves (20). Tighten relief valves (20) to the following torque 35 ± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb ft).

14. Install probe assembly (16) on stem valve (11). Tighten probe assembly (16) to the following torque 12 ± 3 N·m (106 ± 27 lb in). Install retainer (15) and spring (14) on stem valve (11). Install retainer (13) and flange bolt (12) on stem valve (11). Tighten flange bolt (12) to the following torque 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft).

15. Install stem valve (11).

17. Install sensor assembly (9) and bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to the following torque 7 ± 2 N·m (62 ± 18 lb in).
