  1. 使用两个 6V-4143 连接器 和 177-7862 软管组件 来将 8T-0855 压力表 连接到测压口 (2) 处的螺纹接头。

  1. 在停车制动器接合的同时起动发动机。 让变速箱处于空档,同时使发动机在低怠速转速运行。 当锁定离合器电磁阀停用时,压力表上的压力最小应为 2515 kPa (365 psi)。

  1. 在高怠速转速下运转发动机。 当锁定离合器停用时,压力表上的压力最大应为 3240 ± 69 kPa (470 ± 10 psi)。

  1. 当本测试完成后,关闭发动机,卸下测试设备。

    注: 主安全阀位于变速箱的液压控制阀上。

  1. 利用调整螺钉 (3) 来达到正确压力。

问题:油压过低。

可能的原因

  • 动力传动系齿轮泵故障

  • 主安全阀 (3) 的设定值过低。 将安全阀调整为低怠速设定值。
