E256 事件代码的可能原因如下所示:

  • 带转向阀的机械故障

  • 带转向阀的电气故障

  • 带前轮轴连杆的机械故障

  • 施加到前轮上的外力

  • 液压软管接反。

  • 辅助电磁阀电路接反。

故障排除前的初步检查:

  1. 机器概述。

    • 使用此故障排除之前,对所有其他转向诊断代码进行故障排除。

    • 使用此故障排除前,确保已执行所有最新的转向产品改进。

    • 确定是否代码或最新的代码仅出现在主转向 ECM 上。 (M 系列的机具 ECM 或 M 系列 2 的机具 2)。 该快速检查将确认故障是否仅出现在主转向系统特有部件上(执行器、导线、电阻器),或是主转向系统与辅助转向系统共用的部件上(泵、转向阀、转向油缸)。

    • 检查确保 ET 中的机油粘度设置与机器中的机油匹配。

  1. 从操作员那里获取信息。

    • 事件激活但无其他诊断代码时,机器前轮是否与不可移动的物体接触,或处于沉重的高负载路况下? 如果是这样,转向系统可以按照设计方式操作。 连杆移动旨在防止结构损坏。

    • 检查地面状况有无可能导致代码。 请参阅 SEPD1354 了解可导致代码的状况。

    • 找出出现代码时,机器正在进行的操作,例如行驶、精细平地、重负荷刮平等。

    • 出现代码时的机器速度。 这些信息有助于确定代码是由于缺少滑阀移动还是缺少车轮移动而产生。 对于 120 - 14 规格机器,软件查看 9 kph 以下时的滑阀位置和 9 kph 以上时的转向油缸位置。 对于 16 和 24 规格机器,软件查看 15 kph 以下时的滑阀位置和 15 kph 以上时的转向油缸位置。

    • 找出出现代码时的液压油温度。
