- 从齿轮泵 (3) 上卸下两个螺栓 (4) 和垫圈。

- 从齿轮泵 (3) 上卸下两个 O 形密封圈 (5) 。
- 从齿轮泵 (3) 上卸下四个螺栓 (6) 、八个橡皮垫圈和四个钢垫圈。
- 从齿轮泵 (3) 上卸下泵歧管组件 (7) 和 O 形密封圈。
- 从泵歧管组件 (7) 上卸下两个定位销（未显示）。
- 从齿轮泵 (3) 上卸下机油泵体组件 (8) 和 O 形密封圈。
注: 此组件包括机油泵齿轮组件和机油泵齿轮。

- 为便于组装，标记两个机油泵齿轮组件 (10) 和机油泵齿轮 (11) 。 从机油泵齿轮组件 (10) 和机油泵齿轮组件 (12) 上卸下两个机油泵齿轮 (11) 。
- 将月牙键 (9) 从机油泵齿轮组件 (12) 上拆下。
- 将机油泵体组件 (8) 转过 180 度。 从机油泵体组件 (8) 上卸下机油泵齿轮组件 (10) 和机油泵齿轮组件 (12) 。

- 为便于组装，标出机油泵齿轮组件 (10) 和机油泵齿轮组件 (12) 上两个机油泵齿轮 (13) 的位置。 从机油泵齿轮组件 (10) 和机油泵齿轮组件 (12) 上卸下两个机油泵齿轮 (13) 。
- 从机油泵齿轮组件及机油泵齿轮 (13) 底下卸下两个月牙键（未显示）。
- 使用工具 (A) 将两个轴承 (14) 从机油泵体组件 (8) 上拆下。
- 从泵盖组件 (17) 上卸下机油泵体组件 (15) 、四个定位销（未显示）和 O 形密封圈。
