Description of Change: An improvement has been made to the electrical circuit for the level switch for the hydraulic oil tank and the relay. The improvement will reduce false alarms due to turbulence of the hydraulic oil .

Adaptable To: The new wiring circuit replaces the existing on Asphalt Pavers.

The new wiring circuit is effective on the following Asphalt Pavers:

• AP-800D (S/N: A5P206)

• BG-230D (S/N: B4G251)

• AP-800C (S/N: 1PM1-UP)

• AP-800D (S/N: A5P1-205)

• BG-230 (S/N: 9AL1-UP)

• BG-230D (S/N: B4G1-250)

(1) Liquid level switch

1. 172-8660 Liquid Level Switch (1) is located in the left side of the hydraulic oil tank.

2. A arrow is embossed on 172-8660 Liquid Level Switch (1). Turn liquid level switch (1) until the arrow points toward the top of the hydraulic oil tank.

3. After rotating the liquid level switch, move the P412-GY wire from terminal "87" to terminal "87A" on relay (2) .
