Engine Rating Definitions
了解发动机的使用情况对选择与运转工况的曲线图表相匹配的额定功率来说很重要。 正确的额定功率的选择对实现用户的价格和价值期待也很重要。
为特定应用选择额定功率时，最重要的考虑因素是船只在全油门使用的时间。 额定等级定义确定了在全油门运转的时间百分比。 这些定义也同时确定了在额定转速以下运转的相应时间。

有五种额定值A - E。 C4.4 工业发动机的额定值是 C。
C - 间歇性使用与最大功率和/或转速循环变化的场合。 满负荷运转的发动机不应超过负载循环的50%。
