Conveyor Idler (Second Stage) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Loosen nut (2). Slide stub shaft (1) toward the conveyor frame. Remove conveyor idler (3) .

- Remove bolts (5) and guard assembly (4). Use two people to remove guard assembly (4). The weight of guard assembly (4) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb).

- Remove the two conveyor idlers. Refer to Step 1 for the correct procedure.
Installation Procedure
- Install guard assembly (4) and bolts (5). Use two people to install guard assembly (4). The weight of guard assembly (4) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb).

- Install the two conveyor idlers. Refer to Step 3 for the correct procedure.
- Place conveyor idler (3) into position. Slide stub shaft (1) into conveyor idler (3). Tighten nut (2) .
