Separation Procedure

- Start the engine. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Position the machine so that the master link is located at the 10 o'clock position of the sprocket. The master link is equipped with a dimple that is located in the center of the pin.
- Loosen plug (1) in order to loosen the tension of the track. If the track assembly does not loosen after opening the relief valve, move the machine forward and backward until the tension is released.

- Remove bolts (2) and pads (3) .

- Use Tooling (A) and (B) in order to separate the master link. Use a suitable lifting device in order to raise the track from Tooling (B). Remove Tooling (B) and lower the track assembly to the floor.
