Piston pump (7) pumps oil to control manifold (3) . Manifold (3) will direct oil into two systems. The first system is the braking system. The braking system has priority over the fan system. When the oil requirements for the braking system have been met, manifold (3) will direct oil to the fan system. Oil will flow from manifold (3) to fan motor (2) . Pressurized oil will flow through the motor which will cause the fan to rotate. Oil that leaves motor (2) will flow to oil cooler (1) . Cooler (1) will cool the hydraulic oil. Cooler (1) is equipped with temperature sensor (4) . The Electronic Control Module (ECM) will use the signal from sensor (4) to monitor system temperature. Oil will flow from cooler (1) to oil filter (5) . Filter (5) will remove debris from the oil. Oil will flow from filter (5) into hydraulic tank (6) .
