Propel Cable - Remove and Install

Usage:

CS-54 C5R

Removal Procedure

  1. Loosen jam nut (1). Remove cotter pin (2) and pin (3). Remove cable assembly (4) from the pumps.

  1. Remove screws (6) and cover (5) .

  1. Remove nut (8) and the clamp that fastens cable assembly (4) to the propel lever.

  1. Remove cotter pin (7) that fastens cable assembly (4) to the propel lever.

  1. Remove cable assembly (4) from the operator platform.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install cable assembly (4) through the bottom of the operator platform.

  1. Install cotter pin (7) that fastens cable assembly (4) to the propel lever.

  1. Install the clamp and nut (8) that fastens cable assembly (4) to the propel lever.

  1. Install cover (5) and screws (7) .

  1. Install cable assembly (4). Install pin (3) and cotter pin (2). Tighten jam nut (1) .
