- 从排放软管 (1) 的末端卸下端盖。 确保将所有旧的滤清器垫片卸掉。

- 卸下滤清器 (2) 。 废置用过的滤芯。
- 清洁滤清器壳体基座。 必须把所有用过的滤清器密封圈从滤清器的壳体底座上取下。
- 在新的滤芯密封圈上轻涂发动机油。
- 用手安装新滤清器。
滤清器的安装说明印在每个卡特彼勒旋装式滤清器的侧面。 对于非卡特彼勒滤清器，请参阅滤清器供应商提供的安装说明。
- 卸下加油盖 (3) 。 将新油注入曲轴箱。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "容量（加注）"，了解正确的加注容量。 清洁并安装机油加注口盖。

- 检查油尺 (4) 上的油位。 使油尺上的油位保持在"满 (FULL)" 标记与"添加 (ADD)" 标记之间。
- 起动发动机并让发动机运转两分钟。 监控油压表。
- 检查机器是否漏油。
- 关闭发动机。
- 等候10分钟，让机油流回到曲轴箱里。 检查油位。
