- 使用工具 (B) 和适当的压具将密封件组件 (5) 安装在壳体 (6) 中。 密封件组件 (5) 的工作高度 (C) 为 12.19 ± 0.13 mm (0.480 ± 0.005 in)。
- 使用工具 (A) 和适当的压具将叶轮 (4) 安装在轴组件 (7) 上。 叶轮 (4) 的工作高度 (D) 为 8.97 ± 0.25 mm (0.350 ± 0.010 in)。
- 安装新密封垫 (3) 。
- 放置盖 (2) ，然后安装螺栓 (1) 。
- 放置皮带轮 (9) ，然后安装螺栓 (10) 。 从水泵皮带轮内槽到壳体表面的距离 (E) 应为 136.40 ± 0.300 mm (5.370 ± 0.012 in)。
