Oil temperature ... 50°C (122°F)
Pump speed ... 3000 rpm
Oil pressure ... 275 kPa (40 psi)
Oil flow (minimum) ... 150 lpm (40 gpm)
(1) Diameter of two shafts ... 18.000 ± 0.005 mm (.7087 ± .0002 in)
Bores in pump body for shafts ... 18.050 ± 0.010 mm (.7106 ± .0004 in)
(2) Seal groove. Prior to installation, lubricate bore in engine front cover where seal groove and seal will slide.
(3) Drive gear. Maximum temperature of gear is 316° C (601° F) when shrinking in place.
(4) Pump gears. Maximum temperature of gears is 316° (601° F) when shrinking in place on shafts.
Length of gears (new) ... 40.000 ± 0.025 mm (1.5750 ± .0010 in)
Depth of bores in pump body for gears (new) ... 40.13 ± 0.02 mm (1.580 ± .001 in)
(5) Seal.
(6) Distance between outside face of gear and step face on pump body ... 29.40 ± 0.50 mm (1.157 ± .020 in)
