Water Pump Group
Usage:
(1) Seal groove. Prior to installation lubricate bore in engine front cover, where seal groove and seal will slide, with engine oil.
(2) Lip type seal. Install as shown.
(3) Shaft diameter on drive gear end ... 29.987 ± 0.008 mm (1.1806 ± .0003 in)
(4) Shaft diameter on impeller end ... 15.912 ± 0.006 mm (.6265 ± .0002 in)
(5) Seal assembly.
(6) Distance from surface in pump housing to top of seal assembly must be ... 12.83 ± 0.13 mm (.505 ± .005 in)
(7) Clearance between impeller and pump housing ... 1.50 ± 0.50 mm (.059 ± .020 in)
(8) Filter. Install filter flush with pump housing.
