Description of Change: It may be necessary to grind part of the weld on the rear cab support. Grinding the weld on the rear cab support will provide more clearance for the mounting bolts and washers.

Prior to installing the rear cab support, measure the distance between the weld and the bottom of the upper mounting holes. Clearance (A) should be 14 mm (0.55 inch). If clearance (A) is less than 14 mm (0.55 inch), carefully grind away the highest portion of the weld until this clearance is met. Once the proper clearance is achieved finish sand and blend the weld into the vertical plate. This should be done gradually. Remove sharp edges and grinding marks that were caused by the removal of the weld. The change is adaptable back to the beginning of production on the machines. The change became effective with machines APX1065-UP and 2BW1194-UP.
