后悬架油缸固定在机架后部支架和后桥壳体之间。 悬架油缸为油-气动液压油缸。 后悬架油缸与机架的侧轨间对齐。 固定到车桥壳体前侧的支架通过球窝接头与机架相连。 后悬架油缸为后轮和机架间提供减震。 后悬架油缸支撑包括负载在内的机器后端。

悬架油缸的主要部件为油缸和连杆。 连杆通过销钉固定在后桥壳体上。 油缸通过销钉固定到机架的后端。 随着车轮的上下移动,连杆在油缸内自由移动。 后桥壳体随车轮移动。 连杆随后桥壳体移动。

后悬架油缸的工作

(AA) 氮气

(LL) 油

节流孔 (4) 和排油单向球 (5) 控制油储油室 (7) 到油室 (6) 的流速。

后轮上感测到冲击力时,后桥壳体将向上移动。 此运动导致连杆 (3) 在油缸 (1) 内向上移动。 连杆 (3) 的移动压缩氮气室 (2) 内的氮气。 油从储油室 (7) 经由节流孔 (4) 和排油单向球 (5) 流向油室 (6) 。

氮气室 (2) 内氮气的压缩提供减震作用。 悬架油缸有效降低机架感测到的冲击力大小。

随着冲击力的消失,悬架油缸的动作改变方向。 车轮和后桥壳体的重量与氮气室 (2) 内氮气压力的合力使连杆 (3) 沿油缸 (1) 向外移动。 随着连杆 (3) 向下移动,油室 (6) 内的油容量下降,从而产生油压。 油的流动导致排油单向球 (5) 关闭。 油室 (6) 内的油压使排油单向球 (5) 保持关闭状态。 此时,油只能经由节流孔 (4) 排向储油室 (7) 。

随着连杆 (3) 下移,下部节流孔关闭,且油停止流向储油室 (7) 。 通过缓慢降低到储油室 (7) 的排油量,悬架油缸可降低连杆 (3) 的下移速度。 从而降低了连杆 (3) 到达油缸 (1) 底部产生的冲击力。
