Front Frame and Rear Frame - Separate
Separation Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the piston pump (propel). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Propel) - Remove".
- Remove bolts and cover (1) from the console.

- Disconnect harness assemblies (2) and (3). Remove the cable straps.

- Remove rear enclosure (4) .

- Disconnect harness assembly (5) and remove the cable straps.

- Disconnect harness assembly (6) and remove the cable straps.

- Remove screws (7) and cover (8) for the left lamp assembly.

- Disconnect harness assemblies (11). Remove screws (10) and lamp assembly (9) .

- Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the right lamp assembly.
- Remove nut (13) and remove headlight (14) from the machine. Disconnect harness assemblies (12) .

- Remove clamp (15) .

- Disconnect harness assemblies (17) and (18). Remove the cable straps from harness assembly (16), (17), and (18) .
- Remove harness assembly from the rear frame of the machine.
- Disconnect hose assemblies (19) .

- Disconnect hose assembly (20). Remove the clamp from the hose assembly.

- Disconnect hose assemblies (21) .

- Remove bolt (22) and pin assembly (23) from steering cylinder (24) .

- Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), Tooling (C), and a suitable lifting device to the machine.

- Raise the machine and install suitable blocking under the front frame of the machine.
- Remove bolts (25) from the articulation and oscillating hitch (26) .

- Separate the front and the rear frame. Install suitable wood blocks under the rear frame of the machine. Lower the machine.
