Vibratory Group - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
Main
- Use a rubber hammer in order to install bearing (3) onto vibratory shaft (1) .

- Install set screws (2) in bearings (3) .
Extender
- Install bearing (3) on shaft (1) and tighten setscrews (2) .

- Install bearing (4) on shaft (1) and tighten setscrews (5) .
- Install the shaft key on shaft (1). Install coupling (7) on shaft (1) and tighten setscrews (6) .
End By:
- Install the vibratory group (extender). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Group - Install".
- Install the vibratory group (main frame). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Group - Install".
