Gear Motor (Vibratory) - Install
Installation Procedure
Extender Frame
- Install gear motor (2) to mount assembly (4) . Install bolts (9) , the washers, and the nuts.

- Install coupling assembly (7) . Do not tighten set screw (8) at this time.
- Install mount assembly (4) and gear motor (2) .

- Install bolts (6) .
- Connect hose assembly (5) to gear motor (2) .
- Coupling assembly (7) and the vibratory shaft should have no more than .5 Degrees of angular misalignment and 0.38 mm (0.02 inch) of parallel misalignment. Tighten set screw (8) .

- Connect hose assemblies (3) and (1) to gear motor (2) .

Main Frame
- Install gear motor (4) to mount assembly (8) . Install bolts (11) .

- Install coupling (9) . Do not tighten set screw (10) at this time.
- Install mount (8) and gear motor (4) .

- Install bolts (7) .
- Connect hose assemblies (6) , (5) , and (3) to gear motor (4) .
- Coupling assembly (9) and the vibratory shaft should have no more than .5 Degrees of angular misalignment and 0.38 mm (0.02 inch) of parallel misalignment. Tighten set screw (10) .
