Vibratory Group - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the vibratory group (main frame). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Group - Remove".
- Remove the vibratory group (extender). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibratory Group (Extender) - Remove".
Main
- Remove set screws (2) from bearings (3) .

- Use a rubber hammer to remove bearing (3) from vibratory shaft (1) .
Extender
- Loosen setscrews (6) and remove coupling (7) from shaft (1). Remove the shaft key from shaft (1) .

- Loosen setscrews (5) and remove bearing (4) from shaft (1) .
- Loosen setscrews (2) and remove bearing (3) from shaft (1) .
