- Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to position track roller (2) under the undercarriage. The weight of track roller (2) is approximately
95 kg (209 lb) . - Position caps (1) and bolts (3).
Note: Tighten the bolt on the abutment side first. “Tighten first” is stamped on cap (1).
- Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of
750 ± 70 N·m (550 ± 50 lb ft) . - Remove Tooling (B) from track roller (2).

- Tension the track. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Track - Check and Adjust".
