Loosen hose clamp (2) and disconnect the hose from elbow (1). Remove bracket (3). Disconnect harness assembly (4) and wire (5). Remove eight bolts (6) and remove the air inlet heater.

Clean the face of the heater that contacts the engine block with solvent. Apply Type N Quick Cure Primer to the face of the heater. Allow the primer to air dry. Apply Tooling (A) to the face of the heater. Install the air inlet heater into elbow (1) and install eight bolts (6). Connect the hose to elbow (1) and tighten hose clamp (2). Connect bracket (3). Connect harness assembly (4) and wire (5) .
