Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Disassemble

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hydraulic oil cooler and radiator assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove".

  1. Remove bolts (1) for top channel (2) and remove top channel (2). Disconnect clip (4) from the lower radiator hose. Remove side bolts (3) and remove shroud (5).

  1. Install a suitable lifting device to the radiator (6), as shown. Remove the radiator (6). The weight of the radiator is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).

  1. Install a suitable lifting device to the hydraulic oil cooler core (7), as shown. Remove the hydraulic oil cooler core. The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler core is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).

  1. Remove lower bolts (8) and remove side channels (9) .
