Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install a suitable lifting device to the hydraulic oil cooler core (7) , as shown. Install the hydraulic oil cooler core (7). The weight of the hydraulic oil cooler core is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).

- Install side channels (9) and install lower bolts (8) .
- Install a suitable lifting device to the radiator (6) , as shown. Install the radiator. The weight of the radiator is approximately 30 kg (65 lb).

- Install shroud (5) and install side bolts (3). Install the top channel and install bolts (1) for top channel (2). Connect clip (4) for lower radiator hose.

End By: Install the hydraulic oil cooler and radiator assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install".
