Introduction

This bulletin provides information that will assist dealers with the serviceability of the PR172, PR184, and PR190 Landscape Power Rake until all serviceable items are available.

Problem

The Parts Manual, SEBP4494 is delayed for these new work tools. In addition, the service parts are also delayed. These items will not be available for the release of the new family of work tools.

Solution

The parts manual will be made available in the near future. The service parts will also be made available in the near future. "Dealer Technical Communicators" should contact the Dealer Solution Network. Refer to the following table.

Dealers that place orders for these power rakes should contact Curtis Nickolauson or Francisco Maraccini in order to ensure proper support for these new products. Dealers will also be informed of the status of the Parts Manual, SEBP4494. The parts manual will be made available to dealers that have purchased the landscape power rake. Parts information will be available in Caterpillar's Service Information System (SIS).

The Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8176 is currently available. This manual will be shipped with each landscape power rake.
