执行任何测试前，释放液压系统中的压力并准备好机器进行故障诊断。 请参阅测试和调整, "液压系统压力 - 释放"。 执行任何测试前，目视检查机器是否漏油以及有无损坏的零部件。
- 将一个 8T-0856 压力表 安装到 177-7860 软管组件 上。 将软管的另一端安装到先导油压测试端口 (2) 上。
注: 测试先导系统压力前，确保活塞泵处于最优压力。

- 起动发动机并在高怠速下运转。 失速运转装载机回路或反铲回路中的油缸。 压力读数必须为 3400 ± 500 kPa (500.0 ± 73.0 psi)。
- 关闭发动机，接合停车制动器。
- 如果先导系统压力不符合技术规格，必须更换反铲阀组上的减压阀。
