  1. Use a suitable lifting device or a lift truck and position feeder drive shaft (12) in the machine, as shown. The weight of feeder drive shaft (12) is approximately 63 kg (140 lb).

  2. Install bearing (15) and bolts (14).

  3. Install bolts and shims (11) in bearing (10). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

  4. Measure the distance between the sprocket and the frame. This distance is Dimension (X). Dimension (X) must be 57.0 mm (2.24 inch).

  5. Measure the distance between the tip of the sprocket teeth and the frame. This distance is Dimension (Y). Dimension (Y) should be approximately equal for the right and left sprockets. Tighten the bolts that hold bearing (10) to the frame.

  6. Apply Tooling (A) to set screws (13) and install set screws (13).

  7. Install tube assembly (6) in bearing.

  8. Install key (9) on the shaft.

  9. Install sprocket (8) on the shaft.

  10. Apply Tooling (A) to set screws (7) and install set screws (7).

  11. Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (4) and install cap (5) and bolts (4).

  12. Install master link (3), side plate (1), and cotter pins (2).

End By:

  1. Install the wheel (rear). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Rear) - Remove".

  2. Install the drag conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Conveyor Drive (Drive Conveyor) - Remove".
