Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the drag conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Conveyor Drive (Drag Conveyor) - Remove".

2. Remove the wheel (rear). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel (Rear) - Remove".

1. Remove cotter pins (1), side plate (2), and master link (3).

2. Remove bolts (4) and cap (5).

3. Loosen set screws (7).

4. Remove sprocket (8).

5. Remove key (9) from the shaft.

6. Remove tube assembly (6) from the bearing.

7. Use a suitable lifting device or a lift truck to provide support for feeder drive shaft (12), as shown. The weight of feeder drive shaft (12) is approximately 63 kg (140 lb).

8. Remove bolts and shims (11) from bearing (10).

9. Loosen set screws (13). Remove bolts (14) and bearing (15).

10. Remove feeder drive shaft (12) from the machine.
