1. Install the O-ring seal to plug assembly (26) .

2. Install plug assembly (26) to the steering control valve.

3. Install the O-ring seals to plug (24), seat (23), and seat (22) .

4. Install seat (22), ball (25), seat (23), and plug (24) to the steering control valve.

5. Install shims (20) to valve spool (21) .

6. Install valve spool (21) to the steering control valve.

7. Install springs (19) to the steering control valve.

8. Install shims (16), retainer (13), spacer (17), spring (14), retainer (18), the washer, and bolt (15) to spool (12) .

11. Install seat (9) and O-ring seals (7) and (8) to the cover.

12. Install the O-ring seal to plug (6) .

13. Install check valve (3), spring (4), shims (5), and plug (6) to the cover.

14. Install cover (1) and four bolts (2) to the steering control valve.
